4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined within direct agreements between us and the Client.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or failed payments may result in suspended or withdrawn access to services.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect services already purchased.

All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created and provided by The Sugar Medic, including but not limited to:

Course materials

Video content

Written guides

Coaching frameworks

Educational resources

Branding and programme structures

remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal use only.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, distribute, modify, sell, or share any materials without prior written consent.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information disclosed during the course of the professional relationship.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

Personal health information

Coaching discussions

Proprietary tools or frameworks

Business practices

Any non-public information

This obligation continues beyond termination of services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sugar Medic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Inability to use our services

Reliance on information provided

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that service.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold The Sugar Medic harmless against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
